BAKED CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 can cream of celery and cream of mushroom soups
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp pepper and poultry seasoning
3/4 cup frozen peas or chopped broccoli
1 cup cooked rice
4-5 bone-in chicken breasts
1 envelop dry onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 325. Blend ingredients except last 2 and pour into a large baking pan; top with chicken. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Seal with foil and bake for 2 hours.
