BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE

1 pkg Uncle Bens Wild Rice Mix
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can of water
Chicken breast halves

Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Dump rice and seasoning mix in the baking pan. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Mix together soup and water and pour most of this over the rice. Lightly stir and set aside. Sear chicken and lay on top of rice. Pour remaining soup over the top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Check at 30 minutes for dryness.
