CHERRY DIJON BARBECUE SAUCE

1 1/2 tsp pepper
2 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
3/4 cup cherry preserves
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine ingredients and baste desired meat. NOTE: Good on pork or chicken.
