CREAMY APPLE-LEMONADE SALAD

2 cups lemonade
1 (3 oz) pkg orange jello
1 (6 oz) container lemon yogurt
2 cups diced apples
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained

Heat 1 cup lemonade just to boiling. Pour into a large bowl and add jello to dissolve. Add remaining lemonade; refrigerate until jello starts to set and is consistency of egg whites. Stir yogurt until smooth and add to gelatin, mixing until combined. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a serving bowl. REFRIGERAT until set, about 1 hour.
