STEAK MARINADE

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp msg (Accent)

Combine the ingredients. Cut steak into serving sizes and marinade in the above for 4 to 12 hours. Keep refrigerated. Discard marinade and cook steak as you like it. Note: You can use less tender types of steak since the Accent tenderizes it.
