10 HOUR BRISKET

5-7 lb beef brisket
1/2 cup sherry
1/9 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp onions soup mix, brown sugar and water

Combine ingredients in a plastic bag overnight. Wrap in foil and bake at 200 degrees for 8-10 hours. Allow to rest before slicing across the grain.
