1/2 cup soy sauce
1 garlic clove chopped
1 tsp ginger
2 tbsp lemon juice and canola oil
1 tbsp onion, chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine ingredients and marinate flank steak over night. NOTE: Can freeze the steak in the marinade and marinates while it defrosts.
