SOUTHWESTERN CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA

32oz rolled out pizza dough
5 tbsp softened garlic spread
1/3 cup Alfredo sauce
3/4 cup mozzarella cheeses
3/4 cup Southwest style chopped chicken
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
Sprinkle chopped green onions

Smear garlic spread over crust; spread Alfredo sauce over garlic spread. Sprinkle 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, add chicken and mushrooms. Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. top the pizza with the tomatoes and green onions.

Alfredo Sauce
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Freshly cracked black pepper

Heat heavy cream over low medium heat in a deep saute pan. Add butter and whisk gently to melt. Sprinkle in cheese and stir to incorporate. Season to taste with freshly cracked black pepper.
