24 HOUR BRISKET

2 tbsp prepared mustard
2 cup ketchup
2 tsp Knorr Swiss Aromat seasoning
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
Sauce
5 lbs boneless beef brisket, pre-trimmed
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 can cola
1-2 cup strong coffee
Preheat oven to 200. Place brisket in baking dish, fat side up. Pour coffee over brisket, seal or cover & bake for 24 hours. Remove from oven, scrape off fat & throw away. Throw away all liquids & fat products from pan. Mix sauce & pour over top of brisket & bake for one more hour. Let cool. To freeze: Place in a rigid container and freeze.
