1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp seasoning salt, Old Bay, Tony Chacheres or a combo
2 tsp garlic powder and onion powder
1 1/2 tsp grill seasoning
1 tsp chili powder and paprika
1/2 tsp cumin and red chili flakes (optional)
Mix all ingredients and store in air tight container or zip lock bag.
