GUADALUPE SALSA

Category: Salsa/ Gucamole

2 cans petite diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 red bell pepper, diced finely
1/2 medium - large red onion, diced finely
2-3 jalapeno or Serrano peppers, diced finely
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 tsp cumin powder
1tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Serve.

Tip: If you can find the petite diced tomatoes with jalapenos, they are the best! Then you can omit cutting the jalapenos… ole!
