SPICY CITRUS SAUCE OVER BROILED SALMON

1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup red wine or rice vinegar
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp minced onion
2 tbsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Zest of one orange; cut and reserve orange pulp to toss over salmon
2 tbsp cornstarch

Whisk sauce ingredients together in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sauce has thickened. Broil salmon on high for 12 minutes or until cooked through. Pour sauce over hot salmon, top with orange pieces and serve.
