ORANGE HONEY BUTTER

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
2 t. freshly grated orange peel

Whip butter until fluffy. Gradually add honey and orange peel; mix until blended. Makes about ¾ cup. Serve on breads and French toast. Cover and store leftover butter in the refrigerator.
