HEAVY ON THE GARLIC PORK RUB

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

8 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp EACH paprika, onion powder and brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together. Message into meat before cooking.
