GARLIC, GINGER, AND SOY MARINADE FOR STEAKS

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
3 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tsp grated zest from 1 orange
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 medium scallion, sliced thin

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cut steak into serving sizes and marinade in the above for 4 to 12 hours. Keep refrigerated. Discard marinade and grill steak as desired.
