HIGH SPICE CHICKEN

2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp paprika, chili powder and oregano
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tsp salt and pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut up

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly oil cookie sheet. Combine seasonings and rub over chicken; place on cookie sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes.
