CAJUN BLACKENING SPICES

5 tsp paprika
1 tsp EACH ground dried oregano, ground dried thyme and cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp EACH finely ground black pepper, finely ground white pepper and garlic powder

Mix together and store in an air-tight container.
