4 medium skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
about 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing,
8 tsp(s) olive oil
1 to 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
4 ciabata bun(s) split or your favorite roll
Lettuce
1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground pepper
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and minced garlic. Using a pastry brush, brush oil mixture over cut sides of buns, set aside.
Grill chicken on the BBQ over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning once and brushing with olive oil and garlic mixture while cooking. The last 5 minutes of cooking top chicken breasts with Caesar salad dressing, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Continue to cook until cheese is melted. To serve, grill buns until light brown. Top each bun with a cooked chicken breast, more dressing and lettuce if desired. Add top half of bun and serve. Makes 4 sandwiches
