BACON MUSHROOM STUFFED BURGERS

1 lb ground beef
1/4 tsp salt and garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 (2 1/2 oz) jar mushroom pieces, drained
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 tsp parsley

Combine first 8 ingredients. Divide mixture into 8 thin patties. Combine remaining ingredients; divide evenly on top of 4 patties. Place another patty on top and seal edges (may be refrigerated until ready to cook). Cook on grill to desired doneness.
