APPLE, APRICOT SALAD

2/3 cup apricot nectar juice
1 (3.5 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
2 cups peach slices, drained and cubed
2 medium Red Delicious and Granny Smith apples, cored and cubed
1 cup red and green grapes
1 cup pineapple

In a large bowl, whisk together the juice and pudding. Add remaining ingredients; stir gently to coat. Chill before serving.
