HAWAIIAN BBQ SHORT RIBS

1 tbsp olive oil
4 1/4 lbs beef short ribs
2 onions, quartered
1 (8 1/4 oz) can pineapple chunks with syrup
1 (14 1/2 oz can beef broth
1/2 cup bottled chili sauce
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 clove garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 350. Heat oil in a Dutch oven. Add ribs and brown well on all sides. Add remaining ingredients; stir to coat. Cover pot and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional hour. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 4
