CHOCOLATE COCONUT SLICES I

1 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup melted butter
Icing
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp melted butter
Boiling water
Shredded coconut
Sift flour and cocoa powder into a large bowl, add brown sugar and coconut, stir in melted butter and mix until well combined.
Press into a shallow slice tray (7 by 10 inches) and bake in 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool before icing.
To make icing: Sift confectioners sugar into a bowl with cocoa powder, add melted butter and add boiling water gradually until the consistency of the icing is spreadable. Spread over cooled slice and sprinkle shredded coconut onto the icing. Cut into small squares and serve.
