CREAMY SHELLS WITH BROCCOLI AND HAM

1 (1 lb) pkg medium sized macaroni, cooked al dente, drained
1/2 lb cooked ham, cut into slices
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen broccoli, thawed, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

While pasta is cooking, saute garlic, ham and broccoli in butter until broccoli is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in cream, cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir in cheese. Lower heat; cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Drain shells, toss with sauce and serve.
