1 (10 inch) pie shell, partially baked
5 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp bourbon
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans and light corn syrup
3 large eggs
6 oz unsalted butter

In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt butter and add chocolate. Stir until smooth and melted. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar and corn syrup. Slowly add melted chocolate. Stir until thoroughly combined. Stir in bourbon. Place pecans in pie shell. Pour chocolate mixture over nuts and gently stir to combine. Bake at 325 until filling sets, approximately 25-30 minutes.
