COCONUT CREAM CAKE

1 pkg white cake mix with pudding
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 (8.5 oz) can cream of coconut
1 (8 oz) container sour cream

Cream cheese frosting
1 (3 1/2 oz) can flaked coconut

Beat first 5 ingredients for 2 minutes. Reduce speed to low; beat for 1 minute. Pour batter into a floured and greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Cool cake in pan. Make favorite frosting and sprinkle with coconut.
