2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion and green or red bell pepper
1 (8 oz) can tomatoes, undrained
1/2 tsp chili powder and garlic powder
1/4 tsp celery seed
1 lb boneless round steak

In a skillet, saute vegetables in olive oil until softened, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and seasonings; cover and let simmer on low heat 20-25 minutes.

Trim steak from fat. And lightly brown in a skillet on each side. Transfer to a 13x9 inch baking pan; pour sauce over, cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours or until tender. Remove from oven; slice steak and arrange on a serving platter. Spoon sauce over steak and serve. Serves 4
