CHRISTMAP APPETIZER

1 premade pizza crusty, flat bread style
1 small log goat cheese or chevre
1 cup brown sugar
Lightly dusting of cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts and almonds
1/2 cup cranberry sauce, chunky style

Preheat oven to 325. Crumble cheese over crust and layer with brown sugar and cinnamon. Top with chopped nuts. Dab some cranberry sauce evenly over top. Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese becomes lightly golden. Cut into serving pieces.
