ZIPPY STEAK AND GRAVY

1/4 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cubed steaks
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 can diced tomatoes with chilies, undrained
Hot cooked rice or noodles

Combine first 4 ingredients and coat the cube steaks, shaking off excess.

Brown steak on hot oil and drain all but 1 tbsp drippings from pan. Pour tomatoes and chilies over steaks. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until steaks are tender. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles. Serves 4
