1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
Small onion, finely chopped
1(4.25-oz) can canned chicken
1 tbsp mayonnaise and soy sauce
Blend all ingredients together with a hand mixer until creamy and combined. Serve with your favorite crackers (I am partial to Ritz).
