BUTTERY PASTA WITH SHRIMP

3 cups cooked spaghetti, set aside
3/4 cu butter
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 (12 oz) pkg frozen cocktail size shrimp (no breaded), thawed and drained
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt and oregano leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cup cubed tomatoes
Grated parmesan cheese

In a saucepan, melt butter and add remaining ingredients except tomatoes and cheese. Cook for 5 minutes. Add spaghetti; stir to blend. Cook until spaghetti is heated, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add tomatoes. Cover; let stand 1 minute or until tomatoes are heated through. Serve with cheese. Serves 6-8
