1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
1 tbsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Preheat oven to 375. Grease and flour baking sheet. In a medium bowl, mix together ingredients and drop tspfuls of batter about 2 inch apart onto baking sheet. Spread batter with back of spoon dipped in water. Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes. Slice a metal spatula under warm cookies and drape on a rolling pin. Press lightly to curve. Carefully remove the cookies from rolling pin and let cool completely. Repeat with the remaining batter, cooling the baking sheet between batches.
