ALMOND JOY COOKIES

4 egg whites
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups moist coconut
1/2 cup flour
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped toasted almonds

Preheat oven to 350. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla gradually. Add coconut and flour, mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and almonds; drip by tspfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire rack.
