ALOHA CHEESECAKE

1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, toasted
1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 medium kiwi, peeled and sliced

Combine crumbs and butter and press on bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Combine next 3 ingredients, until well blended, add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in nuts; pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Before serving, top with fruit.
