CREAMY SEAFOOD PASTA

1 lb angel hair pasta, cooked al dente, drained
2 tbsp flour
2 cups sour cream
3 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 (8 oz) pkg imitation crabmeat
1/8 tsp pepper
1 lb bay scallops, thawed, rinsed and drained
1 lb medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
While pasta is cooking, Ii a saucepan, whisk flour and sour cream. Stir in cheese and butter; bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in crab and pepper; set aside to keep warm.
Place scallops in a saucepan with a small amount of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or just until opaque. Drain and add to crab mixture. Stir in shrimp; cook over low heat just until heated through, about 3 minutes. Toss mixture with pasta. Serves 6-8
