CHICKEN, GARLIC AND SUN-DRIED TOMATO PASTA

1 (16 oz) pkg farfalle pasta, cooked al dente, drained
1/2 cup butter
3 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, rehydrated in water
2 tbsp grated Romano or parmesan cheese

While pasta is cooking, in a saucepan, melt butter and add garlic. Cook until garlic browns. Add soup and milk, stirring until smooth. Stir in the seasonings and let simmer 2-3 minutes. Add chicken and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer 6-8 minutes. Mix in grated cheese and toss cook pasta with sauce. Serve warm. Serves 8
