BEST EVER SALSA

1 can Rotel, undrained
2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 medium onion, chopped
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1/4 tsp cumin
1 whole lime, squeezed
Tomato paste if it needs thickening
1 large bunch cilantro, washed, stemmed and chopped

Mix all the ingredients together EXCEPT the tomato paste and cilantro. If it needs to be thicker, spoon the paste in spoon by spoon until the thickest you desire. Add the cilantro, chill and stir well before serving.
