*VEAL OSCAR - Easy*

4 (5 oz) slices veal
1/2 cup crabmeat
12 cooked spears of asparagus
Flour to coat
Salt and pepper, to taste
Favorite hollandaise sauce, prepared

Pour veal very thin. Season with salt and pepper and dredge in flour. Saute in melted butter. Remove to serving platter, Top with crabmeat and top each serving with 3 spears of asparagus. Serve with sauce. Serves 4
