CRAB AND BACON STUFFED MUSHROOMS

8 jumbo mushrooms, wiped clean and stems removed and finely chopped
3 strips bacon, chopped
4 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Cayenne pepper sauce, to taste
1 tbsp flour
1/4 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup canned crab, drained
2 tbsp butter, melted
4 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350. Place mushroom caps on a paper towel lined plate. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Drain and set aside. Heat a pan over medium high heat. Place chopped bacon in pan and cook until firm. Add stems, onions spices and pepper sauce, saute for 2-3minutes. Add cheese and crab; saute until heated. Remove from heat and stuff caps. Combine melted butter, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle mixture over stuffed mushrooms. Place on baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
