HOMESTYLE SPINACH AND MUSHROOMS

1 pkg dry buttermilk dressing mix
1 cup milk and mayonnaise
2 (10 oz) boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup crushed croutons

Combine first 3 ingredients, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to thicken. Combine ingredients except croutons in a 9 inch baking dish. Top with croutons. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated through. Serves 4-6
