AU GRATIN HASH BROWNS

1 (20 oz) pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz sour cream
1/2 cup milk and chopped onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 cup crushed corn flakes for bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350. Melt 1/4 cup butter and pour into a 13x9 “ baking dish. Add half the hash browns; sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Combine next 4 ingredients and pour half over hash browns. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese and 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, repeat layers. Top with corn flakes and melt 2 tbsp butter. Drizzle over top. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
