CHICKEN PASTA CASSEROLE

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup water
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 tsp chopped parsley
3/4 cup roasted red pepper
1 tsp ground garlic
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms
1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked al dente, drained
1/4 cup sliced black olives

Parboil the chicken and then cut up and saute. Add next 7 ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes. Add pasta and simmer to heat through, stirring occasionally. Serves 4
