GARLIC ROASTED CHICKEN BREASTS

4 boneless, chicken breasts, skin intact
2 1/2 tsp dried sage
3 tbsp olive oil
2 head garlic, separated into cloves
1 tsp dry white wine
Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle chicken with seasonings. Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and saute until brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Meanwhile boil garlic cloves in a small saucepan of water for 2 minutes; drain. Rinse over cold water to cool and peel cloves
Arrange cloves around chicken in skillet. Pour wine over all. Cover skilled and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover and baste chicken with pan juices. Bake, uncovered, until cooked through. Transfer chicken to plates.
Boil pan juices over high heat until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve. Serves 4
