HARP CHEDDAR BREAD

3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbl sugar
1 egg
2 tbl vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups harp lager
1 cup shredded cheese

Preheat convection oven to 350. Grease and flour one 9 inch Pan. Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, and powder in a mixer. Add the pepper. In a bowl, beat together the egg, the sugar, and oil. Stir the Harp into the egg mixture. Add the flour mixture and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in the cheese. Turn into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 5 minutes, then turn out on a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or cold.
