BAKED BURGUNDY BEEF- Easy

2 lb cubed chuck roast
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 cup burgundy
1 bay leaf
1 can condensed onion soup

Buttered noodles

Preheat oven to 350. In casserole thoroughly combine ingredients. Cover and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until tender and sauce has thickened. Serve over noodles. Serves 6
