SQUASH CASSEROLE I

1 can creamy chicken and mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
4 cups cooked zucchini or squash
1 cup shredded
Carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups herb stuffing mix
1/4 cup butter, melted

In a casserole dish, spray with cooking spray. Combine first 6 ingredients. Toss stuffing mix with butter. Spoon over vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until hot.
