ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH SHRIMP

2/3 lb capelli, cooked al dente, drained
1/2 red bell pepper, cut in strips
1/4 lb snow peas, trimmed
1 lb jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined

1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tbsp butter, flour, parsley and prepared pesto
1/2 tsp salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup cream
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce

While pasta is cooking, in a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour; cooking for a few minutes until golden. Add milk and cream; bring to a gentle simmer and continue to stir until thickened. Add parsley, and next 7 ingredients and stir until blended. Reduce heat and keep warm, stirring occasionally.

During the last 2-3 minutes the pasta is cooking, add the vegetables and shrimp in another pan and boil until just heated through, about 2-3 minutes. To serve, drain pasta and mix with sauce. Place in serving bowls and garnish each with vegetables and shrimp. Serve immediately.
