BAKED SPARERIBS

3-4 lb ribs
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/8 tsp celery salt
3 cups bread crumbs
1/3 cup butter
3 unpeeled apples, cubed
1/3 cup water

Cut ribs into two pieces. Combine spices and rub onto ribs. Combine bread crumbs, apples, butter and water. Toss lightly. Put half the ribs with meat side down and top with half of dressing. Add the other half of the ribs and top with remaining dressing. Cook 1 hour at 350.
