BUTTERNUT SQUASH CASSEROLE I

1 butternut squash, quartered with seeds discarded
3 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese or sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste

Boil squash until soft to fork. Drain, cool and scoop out pulp, then mash. Add remaining ingredients. Put into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 and continue baking until middle is firm and casserole is very slightly browned.
