BUTTERNUT SQUASH CASSEROLE

2 cups cooked, mashed butternut squash
1/2 - 1 cup sugar
4 egg whites, beaten
Dash salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 cups orange or pineapple juice
3 cups milk
2 cups raisins

Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serves 4-6
