Shelly's Recipe

CRANBERRY SALAD

Category: Jello

1 pkg fresh cranberries
1 box cherry jello
1 cup pineapple, drained
3/4 cup water
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup celery

Topping
1 small jar marshmallow cream
1 pint whipping cream
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature

Cook berries in water until they pop open. Add jello and sugar to slightly cooled cranberries. Cool to lukewarm. Add nuts, celery and pineapple. Put into refrigerator to set. Make sure mixture is set before adding topping.

Topping: Cream the ingredients and spread on top of jello and chill.
